I've been using so the top brand of braided lines but I have to say that I'm liking this Cast braided line due to the extra distance that I'm able to make casting it with!!

Ive been using their braid for over a year now and hands down it has been my favorite performing line. It casts a mile and I never get wind knots. Strength has been good and ease of tying knots has also been great. I cant recommend it enough.

I was skeptical at first to try this line due to the cost. However, I ordered a spool of the 12 lb braid as I do primarily finesse fishing, and made sure I spooled it properly with good tension and was able to spool two reels with the 330 yd spool. I then proceeded to use it on my 6’ light G Loomis rod and Daiwa Tatula MQ lite 1000 size reel and what a difference. I was casting from shore at an Indiana clear water lake and couldn’t believe how far//easily it casted! I expect longer casts with a longer 7’2” - 7’6” rod, but this line was easily casting a 1/32 ozjig head and 3” paddle tail minnow beyond my expectations. I have since purchased another 12 lb spool as well as a 20 lb spool. No wind knots at all! I’m a believer.

Awesome braids

I really didn’t think there could possibly be a line that’s significantly better than the well known braids we all already know. Boy was I wrong. While fishing Lake Lanier with Guide Jeff Nail, he introduced my buddy and me to Cast braid. 12 strands, ultra thin, and Teflon coated, I was utterly amazed at the casting distance I could get. Utterly amazing. I have bought 6 spools and little by little I am replacing my old braid with Cast. Expensive…yes…but worth every penny!

Without a doubt the best braid you can get!! Easily a 25-30% increase in casting distance, and that means more fish caught!!!

The only braid you need. Casting distance is superior to lines in the same weight class. It’s super supple and extremely durable and strong. You won’t regret using this braid from techniques like mid strolling all the way to topwater with dropshotting in between. You will be hard pressed to find a better braid in the same category as Cast X12

I gotta say, rarely have I experienced such a profoundly noticeable increase in casting performance than with the CAST braid Jeff Nail introduced us to during a guided trip on Lanier. It’s not cheap, but IMO is worth every penny! I bought the 12# CAST braid and it’s casting performance is off the charts! On a 6’ 10” St. Croix MLXF Victory rod, it can reach surfacing fish at distances I never thought were possible, even with the smallest of baits! I’m sold!!

As an avid river angler, I've found the Cast X 12 braid to be an exceptional choice, particularly during the winter months. I played with a bunch of high strain bread to use with my finesse setups I never really found anything that fit some of it was too stiff and wouldn't cast as far as I wanted, other stuff would have continual wind knots, and then other types of just fail at the leader knot way too often. The Cast X12 blew me away. Knot strength, bomb casts, and I rarely get wind knots - not to mention durability, I've had the same stuff on 3 reels for over a year. Literally love this stuff and won't use anything else on my spinning setups.

This braid is smooth and tough. The cast ability of this line destroys the competition I can get an Extra 20-30 feet out of a cast. And it’s extremely tough stuff as well will hold up to just about to anything. The cast x12 braid also is great for combining floral carbon to braid leaders. The diameter of this braid is smaller than most other braids as well. I love this stuff for all my spinning rod set ups.

Both my PB spotted bass and PB largemouth have been caught on the CAST X12 braid paired with the CAST OG.
The CAST X12 50 pound braid is part of a system that you have to incorporate with the OG to get the optimal performance . The thin diameter and water resistance allows you to cast the OG a mile and at the same time set the hook at the end of a long cast. The none stretch also allows you to have total control of the action you impart to the OG. Hands down best braid on the market!

You can’t beat the quality of this line. There’s no product smoother out on the market. The durability is also very good. You won’t regret making the investment. I can skip better, have longer casts, and trust every hook set

Love it thinner diameter makes long cast with lighter baits from kitechs to shakey heads but still durable an holds up to big fish

I live on clear water lake Lanier and am a avid tournament fisherman. 2/3 of my rigs are spinning setups. After trying every other braid with some satisfying results I was introduced to CAST braid. I was blown away the very first day by the incredible smoothness and the distance I could cast. Now 3 Years later I am a 100% believer in CAST braid for it's durability and smoothness. I highly recommend it.

I'm using the Cast X12 on all of my spinning reels in 12lb and 20lb. The casting distance is amazing, durable around docks, I have no worries getting the fish in the boat. I'm also using the 50lb test on my buzzbait and OG, I can cover a lot of water. I'm casting atleast 20% farther than I use to cast. Cast X12 is the only braid I use now, worth the money.

All braid is not created equal! This braid legit CASTS farther and is much smoother coming off the reel. Definitely worth it!
