What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable, and the product must be undamaged.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. To return your product, email us at customerservice@castfishing.co to arrange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but will confirm with you when we do receive it.

Your items will be shipped via the method chosen at checkout, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the timeframes under which your item will arrive. The tracking number and carrier will be emailed to the email address provided by you at the time of purchase and once delivered to the carrier, we do not accept any further liability although if. there is an issue please feel free to contact us and we may be able to help, if we can.
