Think of the Down Under as the brother to the OG, and there's a sibling rivalry around which one's going to get the bigger bites! Just like the OG, the Down Under was developed on the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. We brought it over here for Bass in 2022, downsized it, kept the concept the same and saw INSANE results!

When you work the Down Under, short sharp pulls with your rod will cause the bait to dive and exude a crazy bubble trail. While it's under the surface, the bait will kick side-to-side, incredibly lifelike similar to a glidebait, before resurfacing and bobbing on the surface. And if the bubble trail and realistic swimming action subsurface doesn't trigger them to eat, that irresistible pause sure will.

It performs fantastic fished around the edges of weed beds and also around docks, where a slower retrieved presentation is essential to keeping your offering in the bite zone and triggering them to come off their holding and CHEW! It has drawing power to get fish off their brush pile and shoot up 30ft to the surface to have a taste and can be fished really as aggressively or as subtly as you need it to.
