Cast way farther than any other braid I used , so smooth and I got it because of recommendation from FNGO And Brooks Anderson
We were using Smackdown and Berkley X9 as mainline on our spinning rods. We can throw the CAST braid about 20 yards further than the Smackdown and X9. The connection knot (crazy Alberto) tied between the CAST braid and Tatsu is smoother to tighten and smaller as well. Very happy with the CAST braid…
I really didn’t think there could possibly be a line that’s significantly better than the well known braids we all already know. Boy was I wrong. While fishing Lake Lanier with Guide Jeff Nail, he introduced my buddy and me to Cast braid. 12 strands, ultra thin, and Teflon coated, I was utterly amazed at the casting distance I could get. Utterly amazing. I have bought 6 spools and little by little I am replacing my old braid with Cast. Expensive…yes…but worth every penny!
Without a doubt the best braid you can get!! Easily a 25-30% increase in casting distance, and that means more fish caught!!!
Been using this for several years now. By far the best braid I have ever spooled up. Shocking how much farther it casts than other brands. So much thinner compared to other brands. I’m a big fan!
